Job Title: Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the full cycle of accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

  • Prepare and finalize complete accounting cycles.
  • Analyze and prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee and manage cash flow effectively, ensuring timely bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with banks to secure necessary finances.
  • Ensure that all financial regulations are met, including VAT preparation and filing.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on client payments.
  • Develop and present monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual budgeting reports.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis to support business growth.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize financial processes and drive business expansion.
Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Experience in managing and monitoring cash flow, cash reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of VAT preparation and filing procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
