Job Description

The Senior Health Representative is a key role in our organization, responsible for maximizing sales of products through various sales and promotion activities within a specific geographic territory.

The position involves leveraging digital channels as well as face-to-face interactions to achieve set target objectives. The promotional orientation is centered around creating better customer experiences, with a focus on Rx sales targets.

The incumbent will work under the general direction of the Sales/Category Manager, but will be fully responsible for business and financial results within their designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with science-based brand messages that support healthcare professionals in meeting patient needs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for seamless connections to Pfizer SMEs and resources.
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating models and platforms.
  • Distribute knowledge using product samples, marketing literature, and clinical trials to inform healthcare professional decisions.
  • Visit physicians to help manage patient disease using Pfizer products.
  • Follow up with healthcare professionals to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer products.
  • Provide approved information to healthcare professionals on Pfizer products, including proper medical usage, dosage amounts, and side effects.
  • Enlist Pfizer products in institutional formularies.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, and product access.
  • Participate in pre-preparation of marketing campaigns by providing feedback to the marketing team on market realities and customer needs.
  • Follow up on stock, consumption, and ordering processes, especially in government sectors and institutions.
  • Involved in Pfizer community awareness programs.
  • Attend seminars and participate in setting up sales demonstrations and exhibitions.
  • Organize AV activities in their area.
  • Initiate and participate in nominations and selections of local speakers in their territory.
  • Report visits and other activities using ECMS.
  • Attend regular sales meetings with HRM/CBM, general meetings, and cycle meetings.
  • Prepare short-term POA restricted to their area and products.
  • Present reports according to HRM, recommendations, and market needs.
  • Update their customer list according to targeting processes, understanding customer segmentations, and customer insights.
  • Understand customer disease management needs.
  • Maintain and create new advocates by aligning to customer priorities/needs.
  • Stand accountable for all customer emails and phone calls related to business.
  • Execute international, regional, and local conferences, workshops done by the marketing and medical departments to engage customers.
  • Prepare monthly reports for sales, activities, market feedback, threats, and opportunities.
  • Participate in setting engagement POA and play an important role in its execution where applicable.
  • Play an important role in engaging customers via real bold partnership programs.
  • Explore more business opportunities and expand the scope of their territory reach.
