About the Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager with software development and delivery expertise to lead our efforts in digitizing public sector services.

The successful candidate will have a vision for improvement, technical, analytical, and project management skills, as well as experience managing software delivery projects or accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape a better future for the people by modernizing public sector operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer business needs and provide technical solutions;
  • Manage system changes and new project implementations, translating business needs into system requirements;
  • Lead a team of up to 20 members, including analysts, developers, and testers;
  • Participate in full project management from pre-analysis to release, and develop processes.
Requirements
  • A strong passion for top-notch software development;
  • Experience managing software delivery projects or accounts with EBIT responsibility;
  • A combination of technical, analytical, and project management skills;
  • Experience with both fixed-price and time-and-material projects;
  • Cross-border delivery experience;
  • A track record of successful up-sell and cross-sell;
  • Excellent English language proficiency; Arabic is an asset;
  • Results-oriented, flexible, and comfortable in a multitasking environment.
