Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to support our retail team and contribute to the company's growth.

Your Mission

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in improving efficiency, ensuring accurate tracking, and supporting both wholesale and retail functions. This involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor payment processes and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage product listings, support new item launches, and reconcile orders.
  • Provide operational support for both wholesale and retail teams.
  • Assist with social media-related tasks as needed.
