Data-Driven Marketing Strategist

SWATX is seeking a Data-Driven Marketing Strategist who adopts a data-centric approach to marketing initiatives. This strategic role is essential for creating impactful campaigns utilizing advanced data science methods.

You will collaborate with data teams to design and execute marketing strategies that achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning with customer insights and business goals.
  2. Analytical Model Implementation: Work with data scientists and analysts to implement analytical models that improve targeted marketing efforts and customer interactions.
  3. Campaign Management: Oversee all campaign phases, from planning and creative development to execution, analysis, and reporting.
  4. Campaign Performance Monitoring: Use data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  6. Staying Updated: Stay updated on trends in data science and marketing analytics to keep SWATX at the forefront of data-driven marketing.
  7. Mentorship: Mentor junior team members to promote data literacy and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred. 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a focus on data science.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven success in leading data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Expertise: Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Creative Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities for cross-team collaboration. Strategic thinker with hands-on campaign execution and analysis skills. Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented approach and passion for data-driven marketing.
