We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our civil engineering projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets that align with project specifications.

  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies to identify potential financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze project cash flow and track costs against budgets to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible terms while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is being carried out to agreed specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to stakeholders detailing financial status, project progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices in quantity surveying.
