We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to sell rooms and conferences in a competitive market, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
- Selling rooms and conferences through effective appointment making, sales reporting, and in-house coordination.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within a hotel or hospitality company.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Fluent English language skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in selling rooms and conferences in a fast-paced hotel environment.
