About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of IT projects, manage business demands, and fulfill stakeholder expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead IT project implementation, manage planning & execution from initiation to closure phases.
  • Manage extended project life cycles, ensuring efficient governance compliance and considering creative approaches to improve efficiency & effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop project charters, organize project initiation meetings, and review contracts with vendors.
  • Prepare project plans, ensure successful delivery of solutions, and test management.
  • Ensure proper documentation, adherence to project change management, and control process.
  • Implement best project management practices, including agile methodology.
  • Identify, track, and manage project tasks, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Form project teams, conduct meetings to review progress, communicate with Sr. Management members, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure delivery of IT projects within agreed time, resources, and budget.
  • Define and collect metrics to measure project progress and acceptability of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or higher, 5 years of experience in project/program management, knowledge of good IT systems practices, and strong project management skills.
