Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution across various IT infrastructure initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects across teams
  • Assemble and supervise project teams and assign individual responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
  • Monitor and control project milestones and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Conduct and lead regular project planning and status meetings
  • Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting and detailed progress reports
  • Track project performance and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Evaluate the quality and standard of component products or deliverables
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Project Management
  • Hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
  • Strong understanding of risk management practices
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized Project Management certifications are a plus
