Vendor Onboarding Specialist Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist based in Muscat. The role involves managing the entire onboarding process for new vendors on our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer onboarding and client onboarding.

A strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Driving License is mandatory; owning a car is beneficial but not required.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  2. Conduct analytical assessments of vendor capabilities and provide exceptional support throughout the onboarding process.
Key Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English necessary, Arabic preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is an asset.
