Sales Ambassador

Promoting brand awareness internally and externally is a key responsibility of this role. Ensuring timely resolution of guest requests or problems from the previous day is also crucial. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential in relaying messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Building positive relationships with guests, employees, and management is vital to success in this position. This includes welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns they may have. Additionally, assisting with employee training, scheduling, and evaluations is an important aspect of this role.
