Job Description

The Senior Digitalization Manager is responsible for spearheading SOHAR digital transformation initiatives and driving the integration of digital technologies across all aspects of SOHAR processes.

This role will lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools, platforms, and solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

  • Develop a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the organizational objectives and long-term vision.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess current processes and identify areas for digital optimization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cultural change and promote digital literacy across the organization by providing training, guidance, and support to employees at all levels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry peers, to leverage expertise and resources.
