Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple brands under the umbrella of a leading fitness chain is the primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
  • To lead marketing campaigns and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the fitness industry.
  • To work closely with the head office team and club managers to develop creative strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills in Digital Marketing, e-Marketing, and offline marketing techniques. Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Marketing / Communication is required.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managerial or head role managing marketing functions within the GCC countries, preferably in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer care industry.
