We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Leader to drive our sales operations across the Oman market.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets, leveraging strong leadership skills and in-depth understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market trends to refine strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the perfume or retail industry.
  • Prior experience in the Oman or GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Oman as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail operations and customer behavior, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
