Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Regional Development Head. As a key member of our organization, this individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies across Oman and Middle East markets.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of company-wide initiatives. They will be responsible for implementing business strategies, managing P&L, and overseeing operational excellence. This includes developing and analyzing cost factors, preparing annual budgets, and assessing monthly EBIT forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives
* Manage P&L, drive revenue growth, and optimize costs
* Oversee operational efficiency, quality control, and HSEQ policies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business success
* Lead team members, aligning goals with regional and organizational objectives
* Identify and leverage opportunities across divisions to reduce costs and improve performance

Requirements
* 10+ years of relevant business experience in management, including P&L responsibility
* Extensive knowledge of process management, operations, QA/QC procedures, and industry standards
* Experience in medium-long term contracts, water utility systems management, and supervisory roles
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities
