Senior Financial Strategist

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial operations. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards is also essential.

Additionally, the CFO will analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team. Managing relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions is also crucial.

The CFO will lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts. Implementing cost control measures to optimize profitability is also key.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior financial roles, preferably in Oman or the GCC region.

Specialized knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and business practices in Oman is highly desirable.

Key skills and attributes include excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel, strong leadership and team management abilities, exceptional communication skills in English, and high ethical standards and integrity.
