Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional operations in Oman, responsible for implementing and achieving corporate business objectives and ensuring sound financial performance.

This role requires the ability to successfully identify and resolve challenges and problems, as well as strong organizational, interpersonal, and people management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate leadership and achievement in the relevant market or geography, with at least 5 years covering the Oman market ecosystem.

  • 10+ years' experience in the ICT industry.
  • 5+ years' experience in managerial and leadership positions.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology or a related field.

The successful Regional Operations Director will also have in-depth understanding of Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and HR, and be able to build, present, and execute on strategic business planning with internal and external stakeholders.
