About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable machine learning models and algorithms for specific business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify machine learning opportunities.
  • Implement and optimize model deployment pipelines for production environments.
  • Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
  • Document processes and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in machine learning, data science or related roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with familiarity with ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g. Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with model evaluation metrics and validation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
  • Passion for machine learning and eagerness to stay industry-current.
