Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security of millions of users worldwide by leading and developing a team of engineers, providing technical guidance on vulnerability remediation, driving the development of new security engineering projects, and working with upstream open source projects on vulnerability lifecycle handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, ranging from graduate to senior
  • Provide technical expertise on vulnerability remediation and mitigation strategies
  • Drive the development of new security engineering projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with upstream open source projects to improve vulnerability lifecycle handling
  • Coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback to team members
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators for team health and success
  • Implement disciplined engineering processes and best practices
  • Represent the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers
Requirements:
  • Exceptional academic record and strong educational background in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong drive and ability to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A passion for developing and growing people and a track record of success in this area
  • Organized and able to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Professional manner interacting with colleagues, partners, and community
  • Solid background in software development, including expertise in support and maintenance
  • Mastery of multiple programming languages, including Go, Java, C, Python, and others
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about software and application security
  • Solid experience working in agile development environments

  • Ability to build trust, relationships, and confidence with colleagues and stakeholders
