Job Title: Pool Safety Officer

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean pool environment. This includes supervising guests, providing customer service, and ensuring that all areas of the hotel are secure.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with guests, suppliers, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy appearance according to hotel grooming standards.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes in responsibilities, work area, or schedule.
  • Ensure the environment is tidy and well-maintained.
  • Report any irregularities found in the resort.
  • Assist with recreation rental equipment and ensure guest safety.

Technical Expertise:
  • Poll cleaning and maintenance.
  • Adjust signage as needed.
  • Monitor and record pool, sea, and ambient temperatures.
  • Implement the Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
  • Coordinate with EMS during emergencies.

Qualifications:
  • School qualification or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a lifeguard.
  • CPR/Lifeguard Certification.
  • Excellent swimming skills for rescue operations.
