Nurse Care Specialist

This position entails providing comprehensive nursing care in a community setting, assisting patients to achieve optimum health and quality of life in situations of chronic disease.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and under a plan of care.
- Conduct telephonic follow up consultations and monitor vital signs during home care.
- Provide education and support for patients and families on medication management, wound care, and other health-related topics.
- Prepare and administer medications as per physician order.
- Monitor pain control and provide general nursing care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on regular basis on health teaching and support.
- Report any adverse events or product complaints as per client's requirements.
- Familiarity with nursing equipment and ability to provide nursing assessments to patients.
Requirements
- A BS Degree in Nursing is required.
- At least 2 years working experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must provide evidence of local health authority license or eligibility letter.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Demonstrate clinical nursing knowledge and experience in providing direct patient care.
Job Circumstances
- The position is based in Muscat, Oman and may require frequent travel to clients and partners outside the designated region.
- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
- Must be certified in CPR and/or First Aid course certificate.
- He/she must provide Good Standing Certificate not older than 6 months.
