Job Title: Architectural Expertise Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Expertise Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submittals to ensure they meet design specifications and codes.
  • Monitor on-site works to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and codes.
  • Coordinate with contractors and design consultants on architectural issues to deliver projects within time and budget.
  • Review and validate material samples, mock-ups, and finishes to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Ensure coordination with MEP, structural, and landscape disciplines to deliver integrated designs.
  • Inspect architectural works at critical stages and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.
  • Assist in resolving site conflicts through RFI responses and field adjustments to minimize delays.
  • Monitor quality of architectural details in themed structures and facades to maintain high standards.
  • Evaluate proposed design changes and assess their impact on aesthetics and function to make informed decisions.
  • Support final inspection and handover processes, including snagging, to ensure smooth project closure.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 10 years experience, with 3+ years in theme or water park projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of international building codes and thematic design principles.
