We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Architect to lead our team on a major project in Oman. This senior leadership role involves overseeing a small design documentation team and site engineers, as well as managing contractor relationships with high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of design professionals and site engineers in the execution of our projects.
  • Provide critical information to our head office in Dubai to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, adhering to the highest professional standards.
  • Ensure accurate management of project financials according to our organization's objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess 20 years of experience post-graduation, holding a degree in architecture. They should have extensive experience delivering projects in the Middle East, preferably within the last five years.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale hotel developments.
  • Familiarity with GCC/Oman regulations and building codes is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective team management and client relations.
  • A strong sense of design appreciation and construction knowledge is required.

Prior experience working in Oman is highly advantageous, as is being currently based in the country. A deep understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances will be invaluable in this role.
