Creative Lead Job Description

Mandarin Oriental Muscat seeks a skilled Creative Lead to join its Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns and visual design projects.
  • Utilize advanced skills in graphic design software to create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to align creative strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Oversight of the design process from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality and innovative outputs.
  • Design promotional materials, including posters, brochures, social media layouts, invitations, and event-themed collateral, enhancing the overall campaign.
  • Coordinate photography for campaigns and promotions, ensuring high-quality visual content that showcases offerings effectively.
  • Develop compelling video and motion graphics content to engage audiences through storytelling.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and align with the brand vision.
  • Plan and oversee all photography and videography sessions to secure relevant assets for media, digital, and collateral use.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA, or other relevant tools).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
