Commercial Operations Expert

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Leader to drive commercial operations and terms and conditions negotiations for the region. The successful candidate will lead contract negotiations, implement efficient resource allocation strategies, and ensure effective deployment of commercial risk controls.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Drive commercial operations and terms and conditions negotiations for the region.
- Lead contract negotiations and closure while adhering to internal policies.
- Implement efficient resource allocation strategies to support commercial growth.
- Ensure effective deployment of commercial risk controls.
- Build and scale commercial capabilities through training and process standardization.
- Partner with global and regional teams to align on best practices and drive deals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, sales strategy, or related roles.
- Experience working in global or regional commercial operations roles within a multinational corporation.
- Proven track record in managing sales force effectiveness and back-office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams across geographies.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of regional dynamics and customer landscapes.
- Experience in designing and implementing sales incentive compensation programs.
