Electrical Asset Manager

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Asset Manager to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of electrical reliability strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical asset management, condition monitoring techniques, and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as experience in project management and leadership.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement electrical reliability strategies to optimize system performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Apply advanced reliability engineering principles to drive informed decision-making and improve asset reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) studies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on substations, power generation, or distribution.
- Proficiency in condition monitoring techniques such as thermography, partial discharge analysis, and insulation resistance testing.
- Experience with online and offline monitoring systems, predictive maintenance tools, and software, as well as project management and leadership skills.
