We're looking for a skilled Pipe Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outfitting department, you'll be responsible for overseeing all hull and engine room steel outfitting work and Pipe repair activities.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of pipe specialists and coordinating daily work assignments to ensure project completion within the agreed-upon timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of our workshop facilities and equipment, adhering to our strict health, safety, and environment policies.
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Providing regular updates to our stakeholders on project progress, including weekly and bi-weekly reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project-related documents, including WCRs and NCRs.

What We're Looking For

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in outfitting jobs like steel outfitting and Pipe repair activities in a shipyard or similar work, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory positions
