Pain Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pain Management Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex cancer-related pain and be dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients.

The Pain Management Consultant will evaluate and assess patients with cancer-related pain to determine the most effective interventional pain management strategies. They will perform interventional pain procedures, such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, and intrathecal pump implantation.

The Consultant will develop and implement comprehensive pain management plans in collaboration with the oncology and palliative care teams. They will also conduct rounds, supervise treatment, and prepare regular reports on patient activities.

The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, board certification, and at least three years of experience in pain management.
