About This Role

  • This is a senior-level project management position that oversees the entire project lifecycle, from design to financial closure.
  • As the contract owner, you will be responsible for cost and budget control, as well as schedule management.
  • You will also be expected to generate additional revenue through variations in civil scope and improve project margins.
  • Additionally, you will handle all project constraints, manage resources effectively, and ensure timely procurement and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  3. Maintain positive cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Ensure compliance with industrial standards, quality, and safety protocols.
  5. Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  6. Prepare and submit project documents, such as method statements, material approvals, inspection test plans, risk matrices, and RFIs.
  7. Develop and maintain project schedules, inventory management, and timesheets.
  8. Ensure successful project handover, meeting client requirements and contractual obligations.
  9. Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, adhering to QHSE standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in managing major turnkey EPC security projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East region is highly preferred, along with a valid Oman driving license.
