Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Supervisor to oversee the structural aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and structural calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Inspect ongoing steel erection and concrete works to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with structural, architectural, and MEP teams on interface issues to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Validate material submittals, including steel grades, welding, and concrete mix, to ensure conformance to project requirements.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with project specs, codes, and standards by conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Review method statements and temporary works designs to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address site queries and technical issues promptly, providing timely resolutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor structural inspections, including NDT, bolt torquing, and alignment, to maintain high-quality construction outcomes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly structural inspection reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in coordination meetings to assess impacts of changes on structural integrity and contribute to informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural supervision, including major steel works projects.
  • Proficiency in STAAD, Tekla software, and knowledge of Eurocodes or ACI/ASD standards.
