Project Management Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Executive to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and other team members.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, and contractor.
  • Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained, filed, and accessible.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • English proficiency is a must, both written and verbal.
