We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to lead our culinary team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As the head chef, you will oversee food preparation, manage inventory, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Menu planning and creation with the Executive Chef
  • Overseeing food preparation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Training and supervising kitchen staff
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver excellent guest service

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
