Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Director to lead our investment strategy and team.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record of success in investment management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology sector and be able to drive value creation and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Investment Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives.
  • Sources, selects, and assesses high-quality investment opportunities.
  • Monitors market trends and economic conditions to proactively adjust investment strategies.
Governance and Execution
  • Cordinate due diligence for potential investments.
  • Ensures robust risk assessment and mitigation across all stages of due diligence.
  • Oversees the legal, financial, and operational closing of all investment transactions.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicates regularly with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, and other relevant parties.
  • Represents us at international ICT investment events and conferences.
Leadership and Team Development
  • Leads a high-performing team of investment professionals.
  • Contributes to talent development efforts within the Investment Department.
Performance Management
  • Defines, monitors, and reports on departmental KPIs.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Maintains document control and retention policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business.
  • Prior experience in leadership roles, preferably in investment management or technology investing.
  • Professional certifications, such as CFA or CAIA, are desirable.
