Key Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise colleagues to ensure efficient production and execution of service.
About You

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience as a Sous Chef in various stations throughout the kitchen.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary departments and previous experience in all areas, including pastries.

You must be an effective supervisor and trainer with a passion for food and a desire to achieve perfection. Your ability to create a positive and motivating work environment is essential in driving team performance and excellence.
