Bakery Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our bakery division. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales within the food industry, a strong understanding of bakery products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Provide product knowledge and expertise during presentations and negotiations to build trust with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and analyze metrics for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend industry events to promote products, expand network, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of baking processes and products.
  • Prior experience in the food service industry.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and establish long-term relationships.
