Stewardship Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Stewardship Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our stewarding operation.

You will supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation, and costs. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food processing facilities and operating equipment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional assistance and direction to ensure the smooth running of the stewarding operation
• Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation, and costs
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food processing facilities and operating equipment
• Coordinate with the Stewarding Manager to establish minimum and maximum operating par stocks and supplies
• Approve storeroom requisitions and ensure efficient inventory management

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience:
• Previous experience in Stewarding in a supervisory role is preferred

• Skillset:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
