Sustainability Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safeguarding our pillars of Sustainability, Wellness, and Out-of-the-Ordinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of recruitment, succession planning, and career development plans.
  • Conducting host satisfaction surveys and formulation of corrective action.
  • Analyzing host turnover statistics and trends.
  • Maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and confidential host files.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Four years of experience in a similar human resources role within luxury resorts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Computer programs and Human Resources/payroll systems.
  • Leadership experience with multi-cultural teams.
