As a Colleagues Accommodation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless experiences for our colleagues. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of the accommodation department, ensuring that all services and products meet the highest standards.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Safeguard the strategic planning and development of sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary experiences.">
  • Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Six Senses Host Heart of House areas.">
  • Support the Director of HR and focus on the rejuvenation of host accommodation, facilities, and public areas.">
  • Work in partnership with relevant departments to ensure host needs are met and oversee the overall smooth operation of the HOH team.">
  • Administer housekeeping and laundry facilities, ensuring a secure environment for all hosts.">
  • Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the HOH experience, assessing room amenities, services, and products regularly.">
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between departments to support the smooth running of the HOH areas.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and more than five years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.">
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and be able to live in a remote location for extended periods on single status.">
