Job Overview:

The Electrical Supervisor is a key member of the engineering department, responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of facilities. Key responsibilities include assisting in training, supervising, scheduling, motivating, and disciplining engineering hosts.

The Electrical Supervisor will work closely with the Engineering Manager to plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to ensure timely completion of tasks. This includes monitoring hosts' productivity, utilization rates, and managing downtime or delays.

The ideal candidate will maintain working areas clean at all times, adhere to safety guidelines, and uphold Six Senses standards of service and operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training, supervising, scheduling, motivating, and disciplining engineering hosts
