Customer Engineering Leader

Seeking a versatile and highly motivated leader to oversee the integration and optimization of LiDAR systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The successful individual will lead and guide teams, ensuring seamless adoption and troubleshooting of LiDAR solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to product development.

Key qualifications include 10+ years of experience in applications engineering, systems engineering, or customer-facing product roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is also required.

Strong demonstration of successfully building and leading a team, especially in a startup or remote office environment, is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to interface confidently with customers.

Proficiency with programming languages & lab tools, such as C, C++, Python, MATLAB, is also required. Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to be hands-on in technical engagements are preferred.

Experience supporting global teams and customers is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
