About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Legal Affairs Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various legal aspects of our business activities, including contract drafting and negotiation, research, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents related to our business activities.
  • Assist in conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions regarding different legal matters.
  • Assess potential legal risks and implications of contracts and bring them to management's attention.
  • Provide expert legal advice on contractual, commercial, and legislative matters to business units and management.
  • Support in-depth legal analysis of company projects and business initiatives to identify potential risks and recommend compliance and mitigation solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Litigation Management

We require an individual who can manage litigation cases or investigations with external law firms, provide necessary evidence or documents, and collaborate with relevant business units.

Regulatory Affairs

You will conduct in-depth analysis of decisions, actions, or regulations initiated by local regulatory authorities that may impact us, provide recommendations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation, and represent us before regulatory authorities when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in law, additional qualifications such as an LLM are advantageous. Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in a legal role is required. Excellent project and time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess legal risks, analyze regulatory requirements, and develop practical solutions to mitigate compliance risks.
