Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, serving customers with a friendly attitude and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Malayalam; basic knowledge of English is preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
