Job Role:

A primary responsibility of a Food and Beverage professional is to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience by serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.

This role requires extensive knowledge of menu offerings and performing various tasks to the highest standards, including:

  • Managing guest queries effectively
  • Serving beverages while adhering to company guidelines
  • Ensuring thorough knowledge of menu items and products
  • Maintaining well-stocked stations with mis-en-place at floor level
  • Following correct procedures for reporting issues
  • Delivering consistent high-quality Food and Beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Practicing high grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
  • Complying with hotel security regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies

Key qualities for this role include a positive attitude, good communication skills, commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, excellent grooming standards, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team or independently.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in the Food and Beverage department and/or industry, previous cash handling experience, and knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
