Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the merchandising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create visually appealing product displays according to company standards
  2. Ensure products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
  4. Develop marketing strategies for new products with the sales team
  5. Conduct market research to identify current trends and competitors' activities
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and resolving any issues
  8. Follow all safety protocols when handling products

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (related degree preferred)
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  5. Basic math skills for inventory management
  6. Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
