Strategic Project Manager

A Strategic Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects that drive organizational success. This includes developing and enforcing project governance frameworks, ensuring proper controls are in place, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against approved scope, schedule, quality, and costs baselines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to improve project management skills.
- Continuously review and improve project management processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including 5 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
