Job Description:

  • Lead agency pitches to prospective clients and drive top-line revenue growth.
  • Create strategic proposals to promote services and enhance client relationships.
  • Manage the front-end of client interactions and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, participate in tenders, and attract high-value projects.
  • Oversight of advertising and marketing communications, including creative development, copywriting, layout, and production.
  • Management of service providers, suppliers, and on-site requirements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Day-to-day management of a full-service integrated advertising agency, supervising team output and troubleshooting issues.
  • Strategic finance management, coordinating budget processes, and driving profitability targets.
  • Marketing strategy development, focusing on image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to expand company exposure.
  • Human Resources and Administration strategy, encompassing employee training, development, and performance evaluation.

Mentoring and Department Management:

  • Oversee job cards, daily work sheets, design and creative content, website development, and conceptualization.
  • Approve peripherals created for events and external clients.
  • Develop and implement ideas to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience managing a profitable, commercially driven agency with expertise in lead generation, collateral development, brand building, and online advertising.
  • Ability to manage a team to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Exceptional oral, written communication skills, excellent presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
