About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our international sales team and contribute to driving business growth across the region.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, and client relationship management, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop targeted strategies to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets by conducting in-depth research on potential clients, agencies, and market opportunities within the DOOH advertising sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and key stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration, increase sales, and maximize client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling, while nurturing leads to close.
Presentations & Pitches: Assist in developing and delivering tailored sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials that meet client needs and business objectives. Lead client meetings and pitches to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of DOOH campaigns to ensure they meet client expectations and deliver on KPIs.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Support the Sales Director in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, meetings, and sales activities via CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). Regularly provide sales reports, pipeline status, forecasts, and campaign performance updates.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, providing support and troubleshooting where necessary. Act as an advocate for clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication with internal teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and promotional materials to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Provide logistical support for sales-related activities, including event participation and GCC travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience ideally in the DOOH, digital media, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the DOOH landscape, including digital signage, advertising, and media buying.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch to senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and media agencies.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region for client meetings, industry events, and business development.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
