About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Support - Fire Department. This role requires an individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional administrative support to the fire department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
  • Communication: Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners.
  • Support Services: Providing support services, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
