Strategic Investment Advisor

The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth and profitability of our Wealth Management business by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to increase wealth penetration, enhance client relationships, and deliver exceptional investment experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for Wealth Management that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative investment solutions tailored to clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase assets under management and generate sustainable fee income.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders to enhance our reputation and capture new business opportunities.
  • Apply a structured sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, and closing, while ensuring follow-up to maximize client satisfaction and business results.
  • Deliver personalized advice, proactive communication, and timely resolution of client queries and requests to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Wealth Management products, global markets, and financial instruments, enabling the provision of sound investment recommendations and financial planning advice.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal risk management policies, and industry standards in all client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Omani nationals only.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Wealth Management.
  • Experience in selling insurance products is an added advantage.
  • Catering to HNWI.
  • Deep knowledge in various asset classes (Mutual funds/Fixed Income/ETF/etc).
