Job Description

As a Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily office activities, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, events, and overseeing front desk operations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new employees and provide support with employee relations.

Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to implement changes and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage daily office activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide support with employee relations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
